Return Policy

Conditions for Returning Items

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of sale along with the original bill/invoice and price tags.
  • The item returned must be in its original fully resalable condition, with all tags and packaging (if any).
  • Items must be in their original condition and not used, damaged, or washed.

Important Notes

  • No cash refunds are made under any circumstances.
  • The selling price of an item sold based on an online promotion will be based on the promotional price when exchanged.
  • Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Damage complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and the company will not be liable for complaints raised after this period.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase:

  • Special orders made to customer specifications
  • Toys
  • Diapers
  • Perfumes
  • Candles
  • Cosmetics
